Role: Account Manager
Jeanette started at the company in 1989 as a young 23 year old and has been here ever since, looking after customers old & new and still acquiring new and different skills after all this time.
I enjoy working at PKM due to the variation of work involved etc, you never know what is going to come through the door next to be packed or shipped abroad , from small packages to helicopters and boats.
I also like that we have a small office team who get on really well and help each other out when needed.
Over the years we have built up quite a very loyal customer base, probably due to our friendly helpful manner, we all go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and that they are happy with all the services we can offer. A lot of our customers come to us after having been recommended by people who we have previously done work for.
Outside of work I love to spend time with the grand kids, I also like reading a lot, and looking after my 2 dogs who keep me and my husband busy.
